Your newsroom combines your mandate, current readiness, and the latest sent edition. A healthy quiet edition means approved coverage was healthy and editorial review found nothing material. It differs from having no sent edition, awaiting coverage review, unsupported coverage, or a processing problem. An older sent edition can remain available while current processing has trouble. Technical failure is never evidence that nothing happened.
